Positive: Location as I was in town visiting family in Waiuku
Negative: Rooms are very tired. On arrival no one has sorted port a cot. Also no one told me the in room phones do not work, so I physically had to drive to the office to get someone to sort the port a cot. Staff on site that came to the villa were unprofessional and did not wear a uniform clearly identifying that they were a member of staff. The two times he came to the villa he was very untidy and abrupt.
